These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OpTempo mobile application and related services (“OpTempo,” “the App”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OpTempo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Accounts
You may be required to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions and Purchases
OpTempo offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your Apple ID account settings. Refunds, if any, are governed by Apple’s policies.
4. No Medical Advice
OpTempo is not a medical application and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All training and activity guidance is informational only.
5. User Responsibility and Assumption of Risk
Physical training involves inherent risks. You are solely responsible for your training decisions, environment, health conditions, and equipment. Use OpTempo at your own risk.
6. Intellectual Property
The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by OpTempo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App except as permitted by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpTempo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
